A meal planner for people who lift · iPhone
Your protein stays the same every day. Your carbs follow your training. SplitEats plans a week of high-protein meals around your split, with one short grocery list.

An example week straight from the app’s planner: 80 kg, recomp, lifting Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
How it works
Your training
Pick cut, recomp or lean bulk, and the days you lift. Protein starts at 1.8 g per kg of body weight, and the number is yours to change.
Your protein
Each meal is sized so the day hits your protein, within about 2 grams. Lift days get the extra rice. Rest days use half.
Your swaps
Don’t fancy a meal? Every option keeps that day’s protein, and you see what it adds to your list before you pick. Or ask in your own words, like “no rice”.
Your shop
Your recipes share ingredients, so 28 meals come from about 14 things, sorted by aisle, with a photo of each. Tick them off as you go.
The food
30 recipes, every one over 30 g of protein a serving, built from ingredients that repeat across your week. Vegetarian and dairy-free plans too.

Protein per serving, before SplitEats sizes the portion to your day.
Lift day, rest day
Protein holds at 145 g all week. On lift days the same meals come with more rice, oats and potatoes. On rest days, less. Nothing else changes.

The salmon is the same dish both days: 91 g of carbs on Monday, 40 g on Wednesday.
Example week from the app’s planner: 80 kg, recomp, four lift days.
Groceries
This is the real list for the example week, sorted by aisle and rounded to how things are sold. Tick a few off.
Your recipes share ingredients. Jasmine rice goes into 14 meals, edamame into 10.
From the cupboard, if you have them: honey, olive oil, soy sauce, spices.
Built for real weeks
Five smaller meals a day, same protein.
Plans that still clear your number without meat or milk.
Type what you have. The meals that use it up come first.
Fresh meals, the same targets, one tap to remake it.
Grams or cups, and copy the whole list in one tap.
Your list on Friday, your new week on Sunday, a heads-up on lift-day mornings.
When you ask for “no rice” or check your fridge, AI only ranks meals the planner has already checked. Your protein numbers never come from a chatbot.

No. Protein is the one number you set. Carbs follow your lift days, fat sits in a sensible range, and calories land where they should. You can see them, but you never have to track them.
We start you at 1.8 g per kg of body weight, for every goal. It’s your number: change it whenever you like and the week re-sizes around it.
Any day you train hard enough to want more fuel. Pick between three and six days. You can switch any day between lift and rest later.
Swap it. Every option keeps that day’s protein, and you see what it would add to your grocery list before you pick. You can also ask for something in your own words.
